Human Resources Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations.
This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records.
You will work closely with leadership and staff to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes and interview scheduling
- Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support employee relations and internal communications
- Assist with HR policies, compliance, and documentation
- Help organize training and development programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of HR or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Diploma in HR or related discipline accepted with relevant experience
- Professional HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) are an advantage
- Equivalent HR or administrative experience will be considered
